I’ve always lived between worlds…
Now I write them, craft pieces inspired by them, and keep a small bookshop where they can be found.
Hi, I’m Eliza — author, maker, and the human behind Imaginary Adventures. I write cozy, interconnected fantasy worlds and also run a small bookshop filled with handmade magic and indie‑author treasures. Everything I create—whether it’s a story or something crafted by hand—comes from the same place: a love of quiet wonder, community, and worlds that feel like home.
Eliza Leone — Chronicler of the Alku
Meet the Storyteller
I’m a chronicler of quiet magic, imaginary friends, and the interconnected worlds of the Chronicles from Alku. I grew up inventing stories on playgrounds, wandering bookstores with my mom, and disappearing into any world I could find between the pages of a book. Over time, those worlds began to weave together, becoming the foundation for the characters and universes I write now.
My writing spans short fiction, micro‑fiction, and the entire urban‑fantasy universe of Alku. I write for readers who love to laugh, cry, and occasionally throw a book across the room — though I gently ask that you spare the e‑readers.
Meet the Shopkeep
When I’m not writing, I’m crafting the pieces of the Imaginary Adventures Bookshop — a cozy, handmade shop built to celebrate stories in all their forms. I curate indie‑author books, create small‑batch items inspired by the worlds I love, and design a space where readers, writers, and makers can feel welcome. The shop is my way of bringing a little bit of magic into the everyday.
Whether I’m building a fictional world or stitching together something for the shop, my work is rooted in the same intention: to create gentle, magical spaces where people can breathe, imagine, and feel connected. Stories and handmade things are both acts of care — and Imaginary Adventures is where they meet to be shared with you.
Imaginary Adventures also supports fellow indie authors through consignment partnerships and community‑centered features. If you’re an indie writer looking to collaborate or stock your books, I’d love to connect.
