4. Shop Orders & Purchases

4.1 Availability. All purchases made through the Imaginary Adventures shop are subject to product availability. We sell new, used, and consignment books, and inventory may be limited. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but availability can change at any time.

4.2 Pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur.

4.3 Payment. Payment is processed through our site's integrated payment processor (via Squarespace Commerce). By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

4.4 Order Confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation via email after placing an order. Please note that a confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order — it does not guarantee fulfillment in the event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed.

4.5 Shipping. Shipping timelines provided at checkout and in confirmation emails are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier, destination, and other factors beyond our control.

4.6 Returns & Refunds. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our return and refund policy. Please refer to our Shop Policies page for details.

4.7 Order Cancellation. Imaginary Adventures reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues, or other circumstances that make fulfillment impracticable. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.

5. Consignment & Form Submissions

5.1 The Imaginary Adventures website includes web forms for consignment applications, contact inquiries, and other submissions. These forms are provided as a convenience and a means of communication.

5.2 Submitting a form — including a consignment application — does not create a binding agreement, contract, or guarantee of acceptance into any program. Consignment arrangements, if accepted, will be established through a separate agreement between the parties.

5.3 Information submitted through forms will be used solely for the stated purpose of the form, such as evaluating consignment eligibility, responding to questions, or processing requests.

5.4 Imaginary Adventures is not responsible for incomplete, lost, or failed form submissions due to technical issues, connectivity problems, or other factors beyond our control. If you are unsure whether your submission was received, please reach out to us directly.

6. Limitation of Liability
